PwC UK koopt softwarebedrijf Ellis Financial Systems

Volgens PwC heeft Ellis een uitstekende reputatie als het gaat om het voorbereiden van multi-jurisdictionele fiscale rapportage voor financiële instellingen. Onlangs heeft Ellis de mogelijkheid ontwikkeld om informatie aan de belastingautoriteiten te verschaffen, zoals dat vereist wordt onder de nieuwe automatische informatie-uitwisselingregimes van de Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) en de Common Reporting Standard (CRS) van de OESO. Deze nieuwe wetten betekenen dat financiële instellingen gedetailleerde rapportages moeten aanleveren van klantgegevens voor belastingdiensten over de hele wereld.
