Overname Exact door Apax is rond

Apax koopt alle aandelen Exact voor een bedrag van € 32 per aandeel. Deze deal zorgt ervoor dat  Exact niet langer een beursgenoteerde onderneming is, maar weer in particuliere handen komt.
