Airbus Group vervangt accountant KPMG door EY

De voorgestelde benoeming van Ernst & Young Accountants LLP staat op de agenda van de ALV die op 28 april in Amsterdam wordt gehouden.

In het jaarverslag 2015 van Airbus Group liet KPMG al weten dat het lucht- en ruimtevaartconsortium van accountant zou gaan switchen. “We were engaged before 2003 for the first time as auditor of Airbus Group SE and operated as auditor since then. We were re-appointed by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as auditor of Airbus Group SE on May 27, 2015, for the year 2015, after which we will rotate off from the Airbus Group audit.”
